Hosting
From 25 October 2026, this website runs on servers in Germany that Novatrade24 rents from Hetzner Online GmbH and operates itself. Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) sits in front of them as reverse proxy and content delivery network (CDN): it terminates the encrypted (TLS) connection and keeps request logs. When you visit the site, your full IP address, the page you request, date and time, your browser type and the referring page are recorded in the access logs of our servers and processed by Cloudflare when it forwards your request. We use these data only to deliver the website and protect it against attacks and misuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and keep the server logs for 1 year. Cloudflare is a US company and forwards requests through its global network, so your request may be processed in a data center outside the EU/EEA.
Inquiries through the contact form
From 25 October 2026, an inquiry you send through the contact form is first stored on our servers (in our backend database) and then delivered to our customer relationship management system, Zoho CRM, in Zoho's EU data center. The inquiry contains your first and last name, company, email address, phone number, your message, whether you are a dealer, platform, buyer or other, the page you sent the form from (its path only) and the language of that page. Once Zoho CRM has the inquiry, we clear these details from our backend database and keep only the Zoho reference, an internal reference and the dates of delivery.
We use your details to answer your inquiry (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keep them in Zoho CRM for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows.
Google Analytics
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to measure how visitors use the site (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The Google Analytics script loads only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. It collects the pages you visit, time spent, referral source, browser type, operating system, device type and approximate location through the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which expire after up to 2 years. Google signals and ad personalization signals are turned off, and advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization are denied by default.
When your browser loads Google Analytics, your IP address reaches Google; Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google Ireland Limited may transfer data to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
You can withdraw your consent at any time: choose "Reject" under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. The website then sets Google's documented opt-out and deletes the _ga and _ga_* cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under nt-consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a machine-readable format, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
